PAHIATUA.
Mr W. G. Turner (returning officer for Pahiatua), who had a paralytic seizure last Wednesday, is improving in health. Mr Turner's son" was appointed deputy returning officer, and the work in connection with the recent election is progressing, satisfactorily.
