Except those fronting th< Wanganui River, all the sections have good di-ay road access along the Pipi riki-Raetihi and Huikumu Roads. Areas given are subject ta amendment on survey. It is proposed to re serve a portion of land along the Wanganui River and the Pipiriki-Raetih Road for scenic purposes. It will be a condition that should these areas no be acquired >within one year, the lessee of any section must take such ad ditional area as is shown on the lithograph within each section at the sam rental per acre as he is paying for his section.
