REMARKABLE SCENE IN THE
REICHSTAG
KAISER CONDEMNED
(United Press Association.—Copyright.) Received November 12, 1 a.m. BERLIN, November 11. Unprecedented interest is being taken in the Reichstag debate. People stood for seven hours in a sharp frost waiting admission to the public galleries. . On Prince; Buelow arriving, the. crowd warmly chewed him, while a minority raised shouts of "Resign,'.' "Casablanca."- * . Thy House was nsver so packed, i There was remarkable unanimity among ' -speakers of all parties in condemning the Kaiser's personal policy and its ef- I fects abroad, xalso repudiating the alle- i gation , that Germans were uufriendly to Britain. Prince Buelow agreed with them and described the interview as an incorrect and exaggerated report of various conversations with private persons. He denied any plan of campaign; that was merely an aphorism. He-i expressed the Kaiser's. and Germany's desire for peaceful and friendly relations with Britain. He was convinced that the Kaiser would in future observe oven in private conversations, the reserve which was -indispensable consistent with policy and to the authority of tho Crown.
