WELLINGTON, August 31. The Wellington Cook's and Waiters' Union to-night unanimously refused to endorse resolutions passed by the Canterbury Trades and Labour Council, urging the removal of Mr Justice Sim from the presidency of the Arbitration Court and asking support for the petition of the Canterbury Farm Labourers' Union for Mr Sims' removal.
