THE GERMAN DESTROYER INCIDENT.

The "Chronicle" and- "Telegraph" state that-the German torpodoer which entered the Tyne during English manoeuvres had followed the herring fleet as usual from Aberdeen. The manoeuvres suddenly concluded on Saturday.
