In the case of Fiecrerick LindWk v: ..Phillips.- and VVright (builders), an application for a variation of the compensation award, the .Court:, hell that the applicant's physical unfitness was due to the diseased condition of his. heart (1) and not to injuries (2) which he had received to his hand, ami therefore dismissed the case. Hi© evidence affecting the. Napier and Hastings districts was heard in the Wellington District Bakers' dispute. The sitting has" concluded. —
