Dix and Marchant to Lay off and supply plans and estimate for the cost of proposed deviation of road from Waimatu stream to Kaupau stream. A. G. Anderson' repayment for 1 land taken for road.—Resolved, that the Clerk attend to the matter.

On the motion of the Qiairman it was resolved to call for tenders for lease of the _ Upokongaro Ferry, and that a special meeting of the Beard be held on Wodnesclay, 15 April, at 11 a.m., to open and consider'same.
