PIGS.
To the Editor
Sir,—Just a few lines in. your, paper to call the attention of the Railway officials ta what we have to put up with of a night. Do not for one moment think that 1 mean to insinuate that the abovo heading applies to the Railway * officials, for liothimg is further from my mind. Every night a truck load of pigs "comes in by the train, and is planted.! right in front of the Coffee Palace. They keep nice and quiet until everybody gets to bed, then they start and give us Beethoven's Intermezzo in B Flat. They carry all the runs beautifully, .starting down, in B flat and running fright up to B natural. Of course it is all very nice, and! I appreciate the- kindness of the Railway officials in supplying us wjtb first-class music l. But I airi not greedy, and would willingly share the kindnesses with anybody, 'so that I might eiet a nigM's sleep once in a while. Thanking you in anticipation. —I am, etc., R.H.
