DRAINAGE AND WATER SUPPLY --Resolved to hold:: the poll on the drainage a.nd water supply loan scheme on Friday, 17th. The. DRAINAGE.-Asked whether the drains would ba laid in tho middle or side of thoToad, the Chairman replied that they wsuldirb3ilaid at the side of the metal. -■:■•'■=.

VALUATION.—The Clerk was appointed to valuie the encampment flats, which aro about to be sold.
