MISS MURCUTT AT THE OPERA
HOUSE
At the Opera House last evening Miss Mur-cutt gave a lecture full of burning eloquence and' pathos that (touched every heart. Her indictment of the 'landlords of the Homeland and of the ■liquor traffic was tremendous, and the more tremendous because the lady lecturer spoke of facts which came imder her own observation. Mr. J. Aitken, 8.A., occupied the chair. Our report of the lectxire will appear in to-morrow's ISSUO* To-night Miss Murcutt lectures on " Canadian I/ife." It is expected there will ha a large audience.
