ST. PETERSBURG, June 17

Sailers on two Russian warships at Tendra Island plotted to throw their officers overboard and seize the whole squadron under Admiral Tshvinsky. The officers, however, frustrated the plan, and 60 arrests were made.

It is understood that street fighting at Sevastopol, following the Tendra Island mutiny, hastened the dissolution of tho Douma.

Colonel GuessekowsTcy, Deputy Commandant of Sevastopol Harbour, was assassiriatcd. His murderer was arrested.
