A largely attended meeting was held In the schoolroom on Wednesday evening last, Mr. McNeale being voted to the chaiir, when the following resolution was proposed, by Mr. D'Dwyor and ■ seconded by Mr. John Caird, and car-a-ied unanimously, "That this meeting i^esolves that any sum incuiired in erecting boxes, above Postal Department's subsidy, shall b& subscriibed by iettilcrs, *m condition-that the mail is run triweekly, mail bag made up at Mangaweka/ and earned as' proposed from Pukerimu comer, at £10 per annum."
