F. 3. Kelly isued G. C Turner. Both are farmers of the Eltham dista-'ct. Claimant wm engaged splitting posts for respondent, snd a chip flew off, th© wedge injuring claimant's knee. The Ocean Accident Insurance Company were the real •respondent'?-, and agreed to an award of £82. .
