CHINAMEN HEAVILY FINED

Lee Sun was convicted of soiling a ticket in a packapoo lottery, and was lined £100, or three months' imprisonment. JJei'endant was convicted in November, 1904, of a similar offence, when he was .also lined £100. Wong Chung, similarly charged, was fined £100, without imprisonment.
