ASHBUjRTOiNj February 5. The Stipendiary Magistrate takes exception to 'the,telegraphed report of his judgment with regard to hie interpretation of what a " package " is in Friday's liquor cases. The telegram referred to stated thait a " package " was " something containing liquor, the actual appearance of which did not give any indication of its contents." The Magistrate states that his definition of a "package" ■was "something containing liquor,^the outward appearance of which did "not plainly indicate its actual contents."
