TARANAKI V. WANGANUI.

Tho match between Taranaki and Wanganui, to take place on the Recreation Ground on Saturday next, at 3 p.m., is creating a great deal of interest, and will no doubt be largely attended. This will be the last match of the season, and the game should "be a most exciting one, as Taranaki intend making every effort to win. The Wanganui team will probably be published this evening. It is to be hoped that tho practices thi3 week will be well attended, and that our boys will ably sustain next Saturday the reputation Wanganui has attained this season.

We understand that the train from Wanganui to Hawera has been delayed next Saturday for the Wanganui-Tara-naki match.
