SPECIAL ORDER MAKING SPECIAL RATE. IN Pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1891, the Waimarino County Council hereby resolves as follows:— That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of (£1278) twelve hundred and seventyeight pounds, authorised to be liaised by the Waimarino County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of draining, forming, and metai!ling within the prescribed area, the said Waimarino County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of Id 13-16 of a penny in the £ upon the rateable value of all the rateable property of the Raetihi Special Rating District, comprising Blocks 1., 11., 111., IV. Raetiki Township, Makotuku S.D. Sections 1 to 19 Block 1., Sections 20 to 42 Block 11., Sections 43 to 62 Block 111, and Sections 63 to 82 Block IV., also Sections 104, 105, 106, 107, Block X., and Sections 227, 228, 229, 230, Block IX., all in Raetihi Special Rating District, Makotuku Survey District, Block VI., and that such special rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the Bth day of November and the Bth day of May in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 41 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
