EDUCATION BOARDS' CONFERENCE.

WELLINGTON, September 13. The Education Boards' Conference resumed this morning. It wag resolved, on the motion of Mr. Pirani, that it is desirable that all school books and requisites for use in public schools should be supplied by the State, the pupils providing only books,; tor home lessons. This motion, which provoked a long discussion, was carried by 20 to 13.
