NEW ZEALAND AND AUSTRALIAN LAND COMPANY.
Received September 13, 10.20 p.m. LONDON, September 13. The New Zealand and Australian Land Company has declared a dividend of 5 per cent., and a bonus, of 2 per cent. The sum of £25,000 has been allotted to the reduction of the deficit on the land loans, arid £15,000 put to the Contingency fund.
