LONDON, September 13
Reuters information is to the effect that two Customs officers boarding a steamer in the Gulf of Bothnia were compelled by an armed English-speak-ing crew of 20 to withdraw. An explosion followed after the crew's departure. The name John and the letters fton are still unpainted out. It is suggested that the steamer was the John Graf ton.
