ALARMING SPREAD OF THE
SCOURGE
United Press Association—Copyright. Received September 5, 9.32 p.m. LONDON, September 5. Forty-three cases of cholera, with 17 deaths, have occurred in East Prussia. Two hundred deaths have taken place in Austria. The Local Government Board advise caution lest the plague be introduced into Britain from the Baltic and North' Sea ports.
