REVOLUTION IN RUSSIA.
United Press Association—Copyright. Received September. 5, 8.38 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, September 4. Troops and Armenians are acting against the Tartars at Shuska. Eleven Cossacks, 85 Tartars, and 10 Armenians wero killed on Thursday, and many house 3 wers fired. The Governor oi the Caucasus has despatched troops with artillery to Shusha.
