LONDON, July 13

In 'the House of Commons Mr. KierHanlio created a sensation. After protesting against the sacrificing of the Unemployed Bill, he warned the Government of the possibility of riots throughout the country. He expressed a hope that a breach of the peace would ha committed the Bill was (.sacrificed.

The Scottish Churches Settlement Bill was read a second time by 203 to 63. Towards the close of the, sitting the Opposition appealed to the Government to pass the Unemployed Bill. Sir A. F. Acland Hood promised to communicate to Mr. Balfour a suggestion to devote Friday and Saturday to the Bill.
