Private St. Petersburg letters received in Vienna report that the Castle or Illinscozi, at Moscow, where the Czar and his family intended to sojourn, is undermined. A hundred kilogrammes of dynamite were discovered in a cellar. Many in Moscow discredit tho statement, which they attribute to the police desiring the Czar not to visit there.
