There is not a very large quantity of prime milling wheat offering, but it is,..however, qn'te sufficient for present requirements. Millers are buying very spariirwly and their purchases are confenea to°choice lines, for which late rates are still obtainable. Medium quality is not wanted, but fowl wheat is in good demand at late rates. We quote:—Prime milling, 3s to 3s Id; medium milling, 2s xOA to 2s lid; best whole fowl wheat. 2s Scl to 2.1 94d; broken and damaged, 2-; 3d to 2s 7d per bushfil^fsacks extra. Potatoes.—HeaVier ' '' : cjonsignments havo lately been coming to hand. Prime Derwents are mqst in request, although prices realised at auction today show a decline in values to the ex--tent of 5s per ton. We quote—Seed bcfes, £7 to £7 iOs; prime Derwents and good white ports, £6 10s to £6 15s; others, £5 to £6 per ton .bags in. Ohati.—Prime oaten sheaf, £3 to £3 2'i 6d: medium, £2 10s to £2 15s; light and discoloured, £2 to £2 7s 6d per ton, bags extra. ■
