HOCKEY.
Owing to no other grounds being available, all Saturday fixtures will be played on the Racecourse 'Ground today. To enable this to be done halfhour spells will be played, and players are warned that the games will start promptly at the- times mentioned below and the (referees must stop the game exactly at 2.35 and 4.45, irrespective of stoppages or delays. The games will be played an the following order: — 1.30 p.m.—Maxwell v. T. Y.M.I. 2.35 p.m.—Wanganui v. B.Y.M. 3.40 p.m.—Eastown v. St. Paul's The following will play for Wanganui: ' —Purnell, Hiekson, Cave, Holloway, Bannister, Taa'ranfc, Bullock, Hardwicke, Ryan, McLean. Vallance. Emergency, Thorpe. The following will play for Maxwell against T.Y.M.I. 1.45 sharp:—Handley, Worsep (2), Oxbrow, Robson, Goldsbury (2), Smith, Wat-kin, Williams, Morrison —Emergencies—'Handley, Worsop, Barclay, and Davey. The following will represent the Easttown Hockey Club against St. Paul's -—Kite, Tregear, Gust, Harris, Wakely, Holmes, McLean, Delves, Campbell, White, Humphries, «nd Gilbert. St. Paul's—Hogg, Giraham, Butler, Dickie, Gibson, Seddon, Caiman, Bell, Anderson, Miller and Brodie. Tho B.Y.M. tarn to play Wanganui is- Howe, Gichard, Horsley (2), Harris,, Holland, Christie, Taylor, Henderson, Lucas, Oliver. Emergency—Simmonds.
