Mrs Broughton, of Wanganui, returned from a visit to England by the Rimutaka.
- A ChristchuTidh wire announces the death of Mr G. H. Moore, station owner, Glenmark, raged 92. He was one of he oldest settlers in Canterbury. The Rev. T. B. Maclean will be leaving for Wellington on Monday, the 10th July, to attend tihe meeting of the Diocesan Synod, and will be returning on the following Saturday.
