What do,, tlie people of Wanganui think of the statement published below? Can any citizen ask for more convincing proof? What is there lacking in such evidence? Investigation will corroborate it. , It is a Wanganui proof for Wanganui people. The most exacting cannot wish for anything more. Read it.

Mr Jast Lett, sen., Wilson Street, Wanganui^ says:—"Nine years ago I slipped while helpng to lift a piano down some steps, and the instrument fell on me and caused me a severe injury.
