Per Prtvss Association
AUCKLAND, January 13. There waa quite a panic m Waiotahi shares on tho Auckland and Thames share markets to-day. In tba morning there was great anxiety to sail, and shares fell to £0 ss. Later in the day, however, there was news that four hundredweight of selected stono had been secured from a breaking down, and shares rose again to about £10. The ipan.c was apparently due to a rumour current at the Thames that the breaking down had shot through into c.'ay.
