IN pursuance'and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901," the Waimarino County Council hereby resolves as follows: — That for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of £175 authorised 'to be raised by the Waimarino County Council under the above mentioned Act for the purpose of completing . and metalling Mill Road from the junction with Main Raetihi-Ohakune Road., to Mr. J. Punch's gate—distance 30 chains more or less—the said Waimarino County Council hereby makes andl levies a Special Rate of One Penny and Three-eighths of a Penny in the Pound upon the rateable value of all the following rateable property in the Raetihi Township, comprising Sections 262, 279 281, 283, 285. 287. 19, 205, 206, 207, . 208, 209, 210, 200 Block VI. ; 201, 202, and Sections 98, 117, Blk X; 118, 137, Blk XI Raetihi Township: and Sections 203, 204, Blk XII, Raetihi Township. Such Special Rating District being part of tho Waimarino County, and that such Special Rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such Loan, and shall be payable halfyearly, on the Bth day of November, and the Bth day of May in each and every year during the currency of such Loan, being a period of Forty One years or until the Loan is fully paid off.
