WELLINGTON, December 2. The loan agents of the New Zealand Government in London have floated a k>an of one million, to bear -interest at 4 per cent, the piveo obtained being par. The term of the? loan is seven years, with theso conditions attached: That ab ■the expiration of two yeara one half of the amount is convertiblle "into three arid a-half per cent, stock at 103 ,and the balance at the expiration of another two years into similar stock at 101.
