When Port Arthur will Fall.

LONDON, November 30. The Japanese claim to have captured ■two additional north-eastern feasts, making about one-ithiird of West Keekwan in their possession, at the- same time effecting a major lodgment at Pigeon Bay. This -will have the effect of turnino" the Russian position on 203 Metre Han.
The Japanese add that their troops axe now tunnelling from tihe gorge below Liaotishan, which they hope to thus damage, and then rush. Desperate fighting takes place daily. The besiegers' losses are admittedly excessive, but they inersb that within 20 days tihe place must fall. Bennet Burleigh reports that the Japanese exploded mines under the northeast corner of the Russian main defences near Erlungshan forts, throwing a portion of the glacis into the great moaft. The 'besiegers also assaulted another of the minor Keekwan forts in a subsequent rush. The struggle 'lasted about an hour, four thousand Japanese being slain.
