CHRISTCHURCH, November 3. At the Diocesan Synod to-day it was resolved to cable Bishop Julius informing him of the- consecration of the cathedral, and expressing an earnest desire for his restoration to .health, ■ and the wish that he will not return before his medvoal advisers are fully assured of his recovery. ■' •
