INVEROARGILL,, Sepitember 1. Robert Wiscombe, a yioung Tasmaoiian, was faitally injured at Otautu by a •raihvay waggon passing over him. He was driving a horse when the rope cam© off the hook, and he got in front of the ■waggon on an incline to replace it and was knocked down.
