AT the Magistrate's Court, Wellington, on October 12, 1903, Charles William Brodie, on a charge of falsely applying to certain goods a trademark or mark so nearly resembling the trademark of "Dr- Townsend's Compound Extract of Sarsaparilla" as to be calculated to deceive, was convicted and fined.
