JAPAN ORGANISING AN ASIATIC LEAGUE.

Reuters • Shanghai correspondent states that it is reported that the Japanese,are organising an Asiatic League.
Recent vsits to Tokio of Siamese, Chinese, and Persian statesmen and princes is supposed to be connected with the movement.
Japan is greatly dissatisfied with the slow progress of negotiations, and is suspicious that Russia is delaying them in order to reinforce her army and navy. v
