FIRE AT NAPIER
NAPIER, September 4. A five-roomed house in Dickens street, owned and occupied by Denis Murnane was burnt to-night. The fire is supposed to have occurred through a large hanging lamp falling from its fastenings while the members of the family were working outside. Practically nothing was sjived. The house was insured for £200.
