DUNEDIN, February. 10. Mr. B. Glendiniinipl has been appointed chairman of the Drainage Board], and Dr. Coughtrey ; vice-chairman. A disagreement took place at the meetingl in' connection with the questtdom of some works, and the meeting was adjournment, bill Thursday.
