A QUESTION OF CHARGES.

INVEROARGILL, January 6. At a. conference of wool brokers and buyers to-day, with reference to a difference of opinion which originated in Dunedin regarding charge*-, it was agreed after much' discussion that buyers shall in all cases pay the broker Is 6d per bale- for delivery" and 9d per bale for any bale weighing not more than 1£ cwt.. the same to include re-branding, sewing, and delivery at railway stations or sidings, on trucks, wharves," or within the town boundary ; but where a local buyer doe* his own cartirw from the warehouses, an allowance of 6d per bale shall be made.
