This enabled him to pull through the crisis' successfulliy, and within a very short time he was a rich man again. He married a second time,- -within, two months, of his first wife's, death. Now a servant in his employ a* the time has informed' the police of the facts of the case, stating that' she overheard the conversation in which the-heroic'witVtold her; husband of;her intention to die for his sake.
