MELBOURNE, September 23
The Federal Budget showed customs excise receipts £9,055,u00; total revenue from all sources £11.510,000; expenditure £4,016,000; estimates for next year £3,924,000. The Po»st Office shows a, lo«s of £139,000. She naval and military expenditure was £788,000, but the estimates for the ensuing year cut the amount down to £626,000. >
