WANGANUI COUNTY COUNCIL ~ NOTICE is hereby given of meetings of the Ratepayers concerned in the proposal to borrow £1000 under "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901," for the purpose of acquiring land for a road to connect the Mataraua Valley Road with Oko;a and for the forming, metalling, and providing necessary culverts for the same road. The meeting for the Ratepayers whosq properties are in the Kaukatea Road District will be held afc the house of Mr John Murchisoß, Mataraua, at 7 p.m., and for those Ratepayers whose properties are in the Purua Road District will be held at 3 p.m. at Mr John McGregor's house, Mataraua, both meetings to be held on MONDAY, the 29th instant.
