At a meeting of the Acclimatisation) S6b ciety a resolution was passed! that the Society and anglers generally do not approve of Mr. Barclay's amendments, and have no desire ta trespass on private property. They n&k that the amending Bill be passed at onee1, as if licenses are not issued at once wholesale breaches of t/he law aire feared.
