SYDNEY, September 19.

The Marine Court found that the Quirang was well found and sufficiently manned, and though a wet ship and did not steer weft, was seaworthy in all mipeots at the time of her departure. Her cai'go was stowed in accordance Avith the practice at Newcastle, and she was not laden to the Plimgoll mark.

The presiding Judge said he was notcalled upo^i to say whether the vessel was lost or not. He added that the Court could not disregard the testimony of engineers and others in favour of wild statements, some of \vhich were palpably false.
