Received September 17, 1.3 a.m. SYDNEY, September 16.: A dispute has arisen between the New South Wales and Federal Governments with reference to property at Dawes' Point, whereon the Commandant's house is situated. In the Assembly the Premier denied it wais included in the property transferred to the C.ommoaiiwea^th. Mr. Lyne had stated that he intended to Enforce the Federal claim, and threatened to send military to cany out his threat. Mr.See replied that the New- South Wales Government was equally determined toretain possession of the property, and would send police to airest the military.
