Per Press Association,

DUNEDIN, September 12,

The Arbitration Court heard a'compensation ca*e this afternoon, in which Susan North claimed £250 from the Refrigerating Company for the death of her husband. The deceased was engaged conveying paunches, when he fell over an embankment of ten feet, receiving a concussion of the spine. The defence was that the deceased, who was subject to epileptic fits, had fallen white in a fit.
