A sad story of the Australian desert was disclosed at the Supreme Court, Brisbane, a few days ago, when application was made oefore Mr Justice Cooper for leave for Ada Grace Hopkins, executrix under the will of Henry Herbert Hoskins, to swear that testator died on December 21st.
