OBITUARY.
Per Press Association. NAPIER, September 3. Obituary: A. J. Cotterill, Crown Prosecutor, aged 54. Deceased, who was a son o£ the late Canon Cotterill, of Christchurch, was educated at Christ's College, and studied law under Messrs Hanmer and Harper, Christehurch. He was admitted to the bar in 1873 by Mr Justice Gresson, and .was appointed Crown Prosecutor here in 1877. Pneumonia was the cause of death. x
