Oats.—There is more inquiry about. General sales hove been made for shipment, still business passing through is only on a small scale. We quote —Prime seed 2s 6d to 2s 9d; .prime milling, 2s s^d to 2s 6d ; good to best feed, 2s 3d to 2s s£d; inferior, 2s to,2s 3d (sacks\extra). Wheat.—There is no change to report, millers' immediate requirements being well filled. Medium is unasked for. except a? fowl wheat, which meets with a good demand at quotations Prime milling, 3s lOd to 4s 3d * medium to good, 3s -3d to 3s 9d; whole fowl wheat, 2s 10c! to 3s Idj broken do., 2s 6d to 2s 9d (sacks extra). Chaff.—Prime bright oaten sheaf still meets- with a ready sale, but the market for medium quality is over-stocked, and the latter is hard to quit at quotations. We quote: Prime oat^n sheaf, £3 17s 6d to £4 5s ; medium to food, £3 5s to £3 15s ; inferior to medium, £2 to £2 15s (sack? extra). Potatoes.—Consignments have not been coming forward so freely, consequently stocks are somewhat reduced. We quote : Prime Derwents. £2 17s 6d to £3 5s ; medium. £2 5s to £2 17s 6d (bags in).
