He alleged he Had had illicit relar tions with Mrs. Sangol for the past twelve months, and she pestered himi into killing her husband, constantly declaring! her life miserable with him. She arranged that Tisler should come on the night of the murder, and showed a light in the window when her husband was*" asleep.
